Reinforcement grillage cutting machine with power drive - has single electric motor for adjustment and clamping and cutting head

The cutting machine for reinforcement grillages has support beam for grillage and guide beam for a longitudinally travelling cutting head. In this machine the electric motor driving the cutter is also used for longitudinal actuation of the cutting head and for upwards and downwards actuation of the clamping beam. The shaft of the electric motor on the cutting head drives a reduction gear box whose output shaft drives a sprocket (35) for actuating an endless chain (36) which drives an idler sprocket whose shaft carries another sprocket (42) which is connected by another chain (43) to the sprocket (45) of the clamping beam (6) actuating mechanism.
