<p>Process for cleaning oil-coated metal chips (swarf) by means of a washing liquor in a vibrating plate washing unit, the metal chips being placed at a lower end of a vibrating plate, which ascends in at least one section, and being transported in the direction of the other higher end against the slope of the plate, in order to leave this via its higher end edge serving as a chip discharge end, while the washing liquor is placed in the at least one ascending section and flows in the direction of the lower end of the vibrating plate, in order to leave this via its lower end edge configured as an overflow edge.</p> |
