<p>PURPOSE:To provide a sensor for dew condensation which is suitable for VTR and has a stable performance for a long period of time, by a method wherein a metal foil is adhered to one side surface of an insulating film, a pair of electrodes are formed by an etching, and a moisture-sensitive agent containing a metallic salt is applied between the electrodes. CONSTITUTION:After a metal foil such as stainless is adhered to one side surface of an insulating film 12 such as polyester film, the metal foil is covered with a regist. After the work is exposed and developed, an etching takes place to form a pair of electrodes 11, 11 in a given shape. A both-sided adhesive tape 13 is then adhered to the other side surface of the film 12, and a cutting work is performed to form it into a sensor and punch holes 15. After the resultant work is immersed in a water solution, such as lauryl sodium sulfate salt, (falling-off of a moisture-sensitive agent may be prevented by use of dissolved starch and gelatin), it is dried to form a film 14 of the moisture-sensitive agent. The use of said active metallic salt enables holding of sensitivity for a long period of time without reduction in the sensitivity.</p> |
