PURPOSE:To restrain the forced disconnection of terminal lines and to improve the throughput, by controlling the mixture of terminal picture signal transmission and receiving processings, where restrictions are put on the allowable delay time of picture signal processings, and other processings, where restrictions are not put on the allowable delay time, efficiently in plural picture storage devices. CONSTITUTION:Connections of new terminals 6-6' are limited by the load of each of storage devices 5-5''' only for terminal picture signal transmission and receiving processings where restrictions are put on the processing delay time, and the number of simultaneously connected terminal lines for each of storage devices 5-5''' is defined as the reference of this limitation. Consequently, storage devices are assigned efficiently, and the forced disconnection of terminal lines is restrained as much as possible. |
