A part-open ventilation device for turn-and-tilt windows, doors or the like is to acquire a design which, along with a short switching travel of the turn-and-tilt fitting available for its actuation, guarantees a relatively wide part-open position of the wing relative to the fixed frame and, in one and the same version, allows selective right-hand and left-hand fastening. For this purpose, it has a bolt extension (5) displaceable into a plurality of successive switching positions on the wing by means of an espagnolette (4). In the closing switching position (V), the bolt extension (5) can be placed behind a closing locking boss (17) on the fixed frame. In the turn-open switching position (D) and in the tilt-open switching position (K) however, it can be put out of engagement with the closing locking boss (17). In a fourth, namely the part-open ventilation switching position (S), the bolt extension (5) can be brought into engagement with parts-open ventilation locking webs (19 and 20) which are arranged offset towards the room interior in relation to the closing locking boss (17). The part-open ventilation switching position (S) for the bolt extension (5) is located approximately centrally between the turn-open switching position (D) and the tilt-open switching position (K). It is essential in such a part-open ventilation device that the bolt extension (5) fixing the part-open position of the wing relative to the fixed frame can respectively be arranged laterally offset out of the longitudinal mid-plane (9-9) of the espagnolette (4) and cover rail (3) in the direction away from the room side. <IMAGE> |
