GAS SCRUBBER

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a gas scrubber high in gas scrubbing efficiency and heat conducting efficiency by providing a heat exchanger for heat recovering in which plural heat transmitting tubes are corrugated and a supporting rod is inserted between the crest and trough of adjoining heat transmitting tubes. CONSTITUTION:Waste gas of an air conditioning device etc. from an exhaust duct 18 is sent 10 to the gas scrubber 10. The waste gas in the scrubber 10 goes up and passes through a heat exchanger 24 and comes into contact with sprincled 22 washing liquid. The washing liquid absorbs soluble components contained in the gas. Heat transmitting tubes 42 of the heat exchanger 24 change the heat which is obtained by the gas washing liquid from the gas to inside cooling water, and cooled cleaned air is discharged from the upper end of the scrubber 10. As heat transmitting tubes 42 of the heat exchanger 24 are corrugated having crest parts 42A and trough parts 42B, contact area and contact time of the washing liquid is large and washing efficiency and heat transmitting efficiency are improved. Heat exchanging ratio can be improved further by fin effect by using material high in heat transmitting efficiency for supporting rods 44.
