PURPOSE: To improve efficiency of shaping a blank by raising and retreating a shaping roller from a shaping plate after a moving cycle is finished, and resetting to a starting position along a rail extended separately from the plate. CONSTITUTION: Shaping rollers 21, 22 are moved along a first circular arc-like path 28 along the profile of a shaping edge 23, and after its cycle is finished, it is reset to its starting position of the lower part of a shaping plate 20. Thus, the shaping roller is moved along a path 29. The movement is selected so that the rollers 21, 22 are moved from an upper final arrival position to side, and then moved down and finally reset to its starting position. As a result of the rollers 21, 22 being moved to the side, the rollers 21, 22 are completely separated and moved from a section of the plate 20 or the blank 14. |
