CONSTITUTION:By bringing into contact a hollow carbon material containing a solvent with solution to transfer dissolved substances into the solvent, specific dissolved substances in the solution are removed. In case recovering dissolved substances, the hollow carbon material containing a solvent with dissolved substances is contacted the pH adjusted back extraction water solution, into which dissolved substances are back extracted. Said method is applied to recover Ga out of Baeyer's solution. In other words, by retaining an organic solvent containing at least substituted quinolinol in a hollow carbon material with a thin shell and voids going through the outer shell and contacting said extraction material with Baeyer's solution, Ga is extracted into the solvent in the extraction agent, and if necessary, the same is contacted with acid solution after washing to back extract Ga into acid solution and recover.
