PURPOSE:To adjust the concentration of abrasive grains and reduce the grinding resistance by uniformly distribution-applying the solid lubricating particles, together with the abrasive grains, onto the outer peripheral surface of a steel core and electro-depositing said particles by a Ni bond. CONSTITUTION:A steel core 2 whose outer peripheral surface is applied with a Ni bond 3 is suspended by a wire 4 and immersed into a NiCl2 liquid tank 4, and the steel core 2 is connected with a negative electrode, and a Ni electrode plate 7 is connected with a positive electrode. The abrasive grains 5 and the solid lubricant 6 are dropped during the revolution of the steel core 2 and electrodeposited onto the outer peripheral surface of the steel core 2. Then the steel core 2 tentatively applied with the abrasive grains 5 and the solid lubricating particles 6 is transferred into another NiCl2 liquid tank, and the negative electrode is connected with the steel core 2, and the positive electrode is connected with the Ni electrode, and then the steel core 2 is revolved, and the abrasive grains 5 and the solid lubricating particles 6 are jointed with the steel core 2.
