PURPOSE:To regulate the spreading angle of a spray by changing the pressure of the pressure sending of detergent when the detergent out of a spray nozzle is sprayed to a wheel and at the same time, to facilitate the washing of a differently diametered wheel by making the injection quantity of the detergent regulatable. CONSTITUTION:An air pipe 12 for pressure sending is connected with the upper portion of a detergent tank 10 filled up with detergent, and at the same time, its lower portion is connected with a detergent feed pipe 14. An opening/closing valve 18 is provided interveniently at the halfway point of this detergent feed pipe 14, whose tip, at the same time, is fitted with spray nozzle 16. And the spreading angle of the spray 20 of the detergent injected out of the spray nozzle 16 is made to be changeable by changing the air pressure of pressure sending, and the whole surface of a tire wheel 22 is made to be able to be sprayed with the detergent by changing the pressure of the pressure sending of the detergent according to the size of the tire wheel 22. Also, the quantity of the detergent is regulated by regulating the opening of the opening/closing valve 18.
