<p>PURPOSE:To sufficiently display a waiting function, and also, to facilitate a replacement of a process of a program, by executing a necessary program conversion and instructing a tool for the next process to a machine side at the time of execution, and thereafter, bringing the tool to waiting by keeping pace with working of the present process. CONSTITUTION:An NC body 1 generates the first NC program having integrally a command for selecting automatically a tool used for the process and a working command and stores it in a RAM, at every process. Subsequently, this program is converted to the second NC program having a command for bringing a tool for the next process to waiting at a waiting position before a working command of the present process. Thereafter, the body 1 inputs a tool number of the tool for the next process which is read prior to the working command of the present process, to a machine side controller 5 through a DI/DO circuit 4, allows an automatic tool replacing device 8 to bring the tool for the next process to waiting at the waiting position, and also, executes working, based on the working command of the present process.</p> |
