发明名称 MULTIWAVELENGTH LASER BEAM MACHINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable a high performance machining of a wide application range by spatially composing the laser beam in the wavelength of >= two kinds of different wavelengths and projecting it on the body to be machined. CONSTITUTION:A beam composer and condenser are constituted by the composed filter 10 transmitting one part of a laser beam 3 and reflecting the other part of a laser beam 4, a condensing lens 11 and the nozzle 12 for jetting an assist gas. The composed filter 10 is arranged so as to make a 45 deg. angle for the both laser beam 3, 4, the optical axes of both laser beam 3, 4 are composed so as to become co-axial and the composed laser beam 6 is projected on the body 9 to be machined by being converged by the condensing lens 11. At this time, the assist gas is fed from a gas feeding hole 13, the assist gas is jetted from the nozzle 12 for jetting and the globule generated on the body 9 to be machined is blown off.
