CONSTITUTION:When an access is executed from a CPU 1 to a memory 4, an address is outputted from an output terminal 110, sent through an input terminal 410 to an address buffer 41 and a request, command, etc., are sent from an output terminal 130 through an input terminal 430 to a common control part 43. At the time of a writing action, writing data are outputted from a two-way terminal 120 and sent through a terminal 420 to a data buffer 42. When a request is received, a memory 4 decodes a command in accordance with a write action and a read action with the common control part 43, sends the result to cycle control parts 44-47 and generates a control timing.</p> |
