This composition is suitable for insulating conductors. No additional process equipment is required in preparing this polyvinylchloride composition with reduced flammability. The quality of extrusion is improved without affecting the physical, mechanical and electrical characteristics of the cable coatings. This composition can be obtained from a polyvinylchloride composition containing, in weight parts: 100 suspension polyvinylchloride with Ks 68 or 70; 30 dioctyl phthalate; 15 chloroparaffin S52 or S45; 20 calcium or magnesium carbonate; 1.7 plumbous stearate; 1.0 plumbous phthalate dihydrate; 3.4 plumbous sulphate trihydrate; 4.0 polyethylene wax with melting point 100-110 degrees C and molecular mass 7000-9000 - high pressure; 0.5 calcium stearate; 7-9 aluminium hydroxide (99.6 %) with pH 9 +- 1; soluble alkalia, maximum 0.2; 7-9 zinc borate; 3-8 antimony oxide; 1-2 molybdenum oxide and 0.03-0.7 sulphorticinolic acid. Moisture content does not exceed 0.5 % and particle sizes range between 5 and 7 microns.
