The system is processed by image data inptu part generating digital image data through image scanner (A), region separator (B) dividing the image data frame (A) into character data region and image data region, character processor (C) according to the stroke characteristics such as end point (EP), branch point (BP), and cross point (CP), image processor (D) of implementing image coding and memory (E) storing coding results by positions.
