PURPOSE:To produce planographic printing plates and waterless planographic printing plates with the same production machine in order to reduce the cost of production and to improve a maintenance characteristic and operability by simplifying stages. CONSTITUTION:The waterless planographic printing plates are provided with ink repulsion layers by applying the ink repulsion layers to these plates in the second and subsequent photosensitive layer applying and drying stages of the plural photosensitive layer applying and drying stages of the production machine or the photosensitive layer applying and drying stage 43 installed in the stage path bypassed from the main stage path of the production machine in at least the second 42 and subsequent positions of the plural photosensitive layer applying and drying stage.
