<p>PURPOSE:To easily execute production of plural panels with the same substrates without the need for forming excess wirings in parts which do not constitute the panels within the substrates by including scanning signal electrodes having anodically oxidized surfaces in the liquid crystal panels and forming power feed lines for applying voltages for anodic oxidation of the other liquid crystal panels so as to intersect with video signal electrodes. CONSTITUTION:Pads PAD 1 to 4 for applying the voltages from an external power source at the time of an anodic oxidation stage, dielectric breakdown preventive lines DPL 1 to 4 for shorting and grounding the video signal electrodes for preventing the dielectric breakdown of thin-film transistors (TFTs) at the time of forming protective films after formation of the TFTs, the scanning signal electrodes GL 1 to 4 of the respective panels and power feed lines CNL for connecting the pads PAD 1 to 4 for anodic oxidation or the scanning signal electrodes GL 1 to 4 are disposed. Namely, the power feed for anodic oxidation to the other panels is executed via the dielectric breakdown preventive lines DPL. Then, the regions where the electrodes are formed to the lower stage panels are minimized and the production of the plural panels with the same substrates is facilitated.</p> |
