<p>PURPOSE:To remove noises intruding to a power supply by holding a ceramic board with a metallized surface for supplying the power supply by ceramic boards with ground metallized surfaces and constituting a large-capacitance capacitor between the power supply and a ground. CONSTITUTION:A first ceramic board 1-a sixth ceramic board 6 are laminated onto the upper surface of a conductive bottom plate 7, and a power metallized surface K1 and a first ground metallized surface G1 are formed onto the boards 1, 2 respectively. A signal metallized wiring 11, a metallized wiring 26 for a power supply and a metallized wiring 27 for a ground are shaped onto the board 3, and brazed with lead frames 8, 9,10 respectively. A second ground metallized surface G2, a second power metallized surface K2 and a third ground metallized surface G3 are formed onto the boards 4, 5, 6 while the capacitance consisting of the surfaces G2, K2 and G3 is shaped by the boards 5, 6. The surfaces G0-G1 and the surfaces k1, K2 are connected to the wirings 26, 27 by through-holes 18-23 respectively.</p> |
