PURPOSE: To provide a manufacture and manufacturing device of mud mortar which enables operation at a comparatively narrow set space, changes freely operation condition in accordance with a property of raw soil and can maintain a high quality of the mud mortar to be obtained. CONSTITUTION: Mud (A) loaded into a mud tank 1 is loaded into a measuring hopper 3 while measuring capacity by a screw conveyor arranged directly below the mud tank 1, the measuring hopper 3 is conveyed up to the upper part of a mixer 4 by transferring in the upper, horizontal and lower directions by making use of a support of a gantry crane running along a running rail and performs loading. Then in a manufacture and manufacturing device of mud mortar, cement formed separately by a cement silo 5 and spring water reserved within a spring water tank 8 are streamed into an agitating tank 6, a fixed quantity of cement milk formed by agitation is sent into the mixer 4, the cement milk and mud (A) are kneaded sufficiently within the mixer 4 and mud mortar is manufactured. |
