发明名称 LASER WELDING METHOD FOR RESIN COMPOSITE DAMPING STEEL SHEET
摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce the generations of blowhole and undercut, and to dilute carbon penetrating into a molten metal by performing laser welding while supplying a filler wire to a part irradiated by a laser beam. CONSTITUTION:While supplying a filler wire 13 to the butted part 4 of resin composite damping steel sheets 1 and 2 with a resin layer 3, butt welding is performed by irradiating the butted part 4 with a laser beam 12. The filler wire 13 must be a nonferrous metal with no carbon contained essentially. Or, the filler wire 13 must be an austenitic stainless steel or a ferritic stainless steel. Air bubbles are incorporated from the resin layer 3 into a molten metal, and air gaps are generated. However, the air gaps are filled by the melted filler wire 13, and the molten metals blown out at the time of the generation of the air bubbles are filled up. Carbon is penetrated from the resin layer 3 into the molten metal, however, a rise in the carbon quantity of the steel of a weld zone is suppressed by the filler wire 13 with low carbon, and the hardening of the weld zone is reduced.
