PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a higher servicing property and a curtailing of the number of parts by modifying a mounting structure of an electric part box. SOLUTION: In a mounting structure of an electric part box set in an air path of air conditioning equipment, auriculate hook parts 21 are formed integrally on both side parts of the electric part box 8 while a fixing piece 23 is fixed on the outside of the electric part box 8 and a cut engaging part 24 to be engaged with the hook piece 21 is formed internally on a rear plate 4 as mounting surface part of the electric part box 8 in the air path 6. The hook piece 21 is inserted to be engaged with the cut engaging piece 24 and the fixing piece 23 is screwed down on a flange part 11 of the rear plate 4 to mount the electric part box 8 securely on the rear plate 4.
