PURPOSE:To easily remove mixed foreign matters in an aq. solution containing solid processing raw materials. CONSTITUTION:Air is blown from the bottom of a vessel housing the aq. solution containing the raw material to be processed to generate bubbles having 2-5mm diameter. The mixed foreign matters stuck to the solid material in the aq. solution is separated from the solid material by allowing them to stick to the bubbles and is removed with the floating bubbles out of the vessel. In the aq. solution, 0.005-0.0075% surfactant is added. Plain water, sea water or 1-3% salt water is used as the aq. solution. Thus, the mixed foreign matters are easily removed and the cost is surely reduced. |
