Disclosed is an assembly structure for headliniers in automobiles so as to improve productivity by easier assembly of headliniers to the upper panel of a car. The device comprises an upper case(7), a middle case(8), and a lower case(9). The upper case(7) has a groove(4) to fit the sun visor; a lamp holder(13) and a sun roof(5) ; bent corners(16); fitting grooves(22); and a support bracket(6). The middle case(8) has a support bracket(6) at one end and support brackets(6) fitted into the grooves(23). The lower case(9) has a fastening bracket(11) and is assembled with the fastening bracket(21) ; and is integrally fixed to the upper panel(15) by a fastener(2) inserted into the through groove(25) of the fixed plate(15) below the upper panel(20)
