<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain compact aerial transmission lines and to shorten the length of spacers between lines by stringing auxiliary lines between steel towers, and uniting these auxiliary lines and transmission lines with the spacers between lines. SOLUTION: Auxiliary lines 20 are strung between steel towers 10, and these auxiliary lines 20 and transmission lines 30 are united with spacers between lines 40. Here, the auxiliary lines 20 are anchored by the aid of anchoring insulators 50 to positions of the steel towers being on planes containing the center axes of the steel towers 10, and approximately parallel to the transmission lines 30. And the upper and lower fitting positions of the auxiliary lines 20 to the steel towers 10 are higher than the positions of the transmission lines 30. Incidentally, as auxiliary lines 20, aluminum covered steel wires, steel-cored aluminum cables, and other stranded wires are used.
