<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent hammering noise caused by a cable having a collision with a case without attaching a component. SOLUTION: A cable 20 is wound around a rotator. Curved parts 20a to 20g are formed at the cable 20. The curved parts 20a to 20g are formed so that the outer periphery part 20h of the cable 20 may be pressed toward the inner periphery surface of a casing 18 in the neutral condition of a steering wheel. Therefore, even if vibration is transmitted to a device 10, it is possible to prevent hammering noise caused by the cable 20 having a collision with the casing 18. The elasticity restoring force of the curved parts 20a to 20g make it difficult to move the cable 20 in the case. It is thus possible to suppress noise caused by the movement of the cable 20.</p> |
