摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a speed governor by which the imbalance of a load across respective lines of a generator can be relaxed or eliminated and by which an adjustable total load amount can be ensured largely, by a method wherein a cooling fan which is attached for heat insulation is used effectively as a load for adjustment. SOLUTION: At least three loads 31a to 33b, for adjustment, at least one of which is a cooling fan 31a, and connected, via bidirectional three-terminal thyristors 41a to 43b, across respective lines R, S, T of a generator 1 which adopts a distribution system of a three-phase three-wire system or a three-phase four-wire system. Then, a load control circuit 9 for adjustment is installed in such a way that the detection value of a frequency at the generator 1 is compared with the set value of a preset frequency, that an adjustment load amount which corresponds to the difference between both values is computed, and that the bidirectional three-terminal thyristors 41a to 43b are controlled so as to input the computed adjustment load amount preferentially to the cooling fan 31a.</p>
