<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To process a request inputted by a user in consideration of time factors and to consider the different transmission capacity of line connection between an end user and an information network by transmitting a user's request to an agent first, disconnecting the agent from the user, and executing the request in the information network. SOLUTION: In the state of a 1st optimization stage, a user-requested background process, specially in batch processing, is facilitated in a network. When the request is transmitted to a service, the service is disconnected from the user and accepts the execution of a job. The start time or timing of the processing, specially of a user job, is controlled by a process which is executed as a background so that the line cost is minimized on the whole. Through a 2nd optimization stage, more requests than can be processed with naturally limited bandwidth are prevented from being transferred to the Internet.</p> |
