PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the constitution of a coil for driving plane as an actuator so that the coils may be arranged in a small space. SOLUTION: Rectangular coils 1 and 2 having nearly same shapes are put upon another in orthogonal directions so that the longitudinal axes of the coils 1 and 2 may be directed in the Y- and X-directions, respectively, and suck to each other. When an electric signal having a positive potential is inputted to the outer end 1a of the coil 1 and another electric signal having a negative potential is inputted to the inner end 1b of the coil 1, an electromagnetic force resulting from the Fleming's left-hand rule and another electromagnetic force are simultaneously generated in the X-direction from an area and a linear area where the magnetic field of the coils acts. When the polarities of the electric signals are inverted, the electromagnetic forces are generated in the -X direction. Even when electric signals for driving are inputted to the outer and inner ends 2a and 2b of the coil 2, electromagnetic forces can be generated in the Y-direction in the same way. When the electromagnetic forces generated by means of the coils 1 and 2 are controlled, an arbitrary driving force can be generated in the X-Y plane. |
