PURPOSE:To deal with one foreign language as one morpheme in the morpheme analysis of the Japanese sentence where the foreign language coexists by analyzing the character string of the foreign languate following the character as one morpheme. CONSTITUTION:The processing is started by giving the Japanese sentence in a sentence unit. The morpheme analysis is continued till the end of the morpheme analysis processing 1 from the head character to the final one of the sentence. When the unprocessed character remains, whether or not the head character of noted part at the present analysis stage is an alphabet is checked 2. If it isn't, the conventional morpheme analysis is executed 3 and the analysis of the next character is repeated. On the other hand, the head character of the noted part is an alphabet, the alphabet string is made to be one morpheme 4 together. Thus, when the head character of the noted character string at the analysis stage is the character type of the foreign language, the processing arranging the following foreign character string as one morpheme is continued. |
