摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a flat display device using an electro-deposition method is provided to form uniformally a thickness of thin film of a black matrix in a flat display device. CONSTITUTION: A black matrix(25) is formed on a glass substrate(20). A photoresist layer(33) is formed between the black matrix(25). A high molecular layer(29) is formed on the black matrix(25). The high molecular layer(29) is hardened. The photoresist layer(33) is removed. The high molecular layer(29) is hardened completely. A photoresist layer is formed between the black matrix(25). The photoresist layer is removed partially by using a photo mask(P). The first fluorescent pattern is formed therefrom. The first fluorescent layer(26) is formed between the black matrix(25). The first fluorescent layer(26) is hardened. The photoresist layer(33) is removed. The first fluorescent layer(26) is hardened completely. A photoresist layer is formed between the black matrix(25). The photoresist layer is removed partially by using the photo mask(P). The second fluorescent pattern is formed therefrom. The second fluorescent layer is formed by using an electro-deposition method. The second fluorescent layer is hardened. the photoresist layer is removed. The second fluorescent layer is hardened completely. The third fluorescent layer is formed between the black matrix(25) by using the electro-deposition method.
