PURPOSE: A jig for ascertaining vertical intersection of a car body is provided to increase working efficiency by allowing a user to easily ascertain vertical intersection of essential parts of the car body. CONSTITUTION: A jig for ascertaining vertical intersection of the car body includes a conical base(11) supported by three legs(11a), a light generating module(12) fixed on the same line as the center of the base and at right angles to a floor on which the base is located, and a control part for controlling the operation of the light generating module. The light generating module injects light to the car body and the floor in a prescribed width through light emitting elements. The control part has a battery(13) connected to the light generating module and a manipulation switch(14) for supplying and blocking power source between the battery and the light generating module.
