PURPOSE: A method for testing rigidity of a center flow panel of a car body is provided to increase development efficiency when developing a new car and to improve productivity of a parking brake system and a panel of the new car by analyzing a weak part of the panel and analyzing loss when moving a parking cable. CONSTITUTION: A method for testing rigidity of the center flow panel car body includes the steps of hinging a parking lever(2) connecting a parking cable(1) on a latch plate(3), fixing the latch plate on an upper portion of the center flow panel(4) with bolts(5), mounting for connecting a push-pull gauge(100) to a grip end part of the lever and the panel, positioning digital dial gauges(101) at front and rear supporting points(A,B) of the panel and a point(C) in front of a prescribed distance where the parking cable is supported by a clip(6), and measuring a changed amount of the A, B and C points in a state applying load of 20kgf and 30kgf and a pull stroke to the lever.
