METHOD FOR SENSITIZATION OF LATEX ACCORDING TO THE ISOELECTRIC POINT OF MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY

PURPOSE: A manufacturing process for anti-Luteinizing Hormone-Monoclonal antibody(anti-LH-MAb)-binding latex based on isoelectric point of monoclonal antibody is provided, which maintains high antigen binding property by minimizing coaggulation of latex and monoclonal antibody. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing process for antibody-binding latex based on isoelectric point of monoclonal antibody comprise the steps of: measuring isoelectric point of anti-LH-MAb to determine pH of buffer solution; adding colored latex particles to the MES buffer solution(2-(M-Morpholino) ethanesulfonic acid buffer) with pH of isoelectric point to get the solution(1); adding anti-LH-MAb to the MES buffer solution with pH of isoelectric point to get the solution(2); adding bovine serum albumin to the MES buffer solution with pH of isoelectric point to get the solution(3); mixing the solution(2) and (3), and adding the solution (1) slowly; and mixing at room temperature for more than 2hrs, and washing the precipitates with phosphate buffer solution.
