A yarn winding bobbin changing apparatus consists of a bobbin feeding device(1) made up of a cam(6), a bobbin guide stand(8) and a bobbin stopper(8) to feed bobbins(3) in serial to the bobbin supplying way(7) under rubber rollers(5)(5'); a bobbin holder(15) to lay down yarn(3') into a bobbin box(18) while the yarn(3') is moved by the rotation force of the doffing roller(10) following the yarn(3') is positioned in a precise position by a rubber ring(22) while a doffer(21) is rotated by a motor(23).
