The invention relates to a bicycle, whose seat height can be raised from that of a typical recumbent bicycle to that of a conventional bicycle, in order to retain at the latter height all the advantages of a conventional bicycle over a recumbent bicycle. The invention is characterised in that the bottom bracket bearing (12) can be locked in at least two positions, whereby in the first position it is located between the front wheel (1) and the rear wheel (2) and in the second position it is located in front of, or over the front wheel. |
