PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic jamming prevention method and equipment capable of preventing waste of water sources and automatically cleaning the drain pipe in a low cost without depending on labor and hence, preventing corrosion of the drain pipe due to an adherent material. SOLUTION: The equipment is provided with a water tank 11 storing washing water, a pipe connecting the water tank 11 and a drain system 1, a solenoid valve as an on/off valve provided in the pipe 12, a pressure sensor 14 as a detector detecting a jamming condition of the drain system 1, a water discharge controller 15 controlling on/off motion of the solenoid valve 13 on the basis of the detected signal of the pressure sensor 14.
