PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve response to the control for riding on the swell of the ocean in an attitude control device for a hydrofoil craft by adjusting a target height position of the craft body. SOLUTION: This control device has a height lever 12 setting operation of flaps 6, 7 provided in the craft body 1; a vertical movement detector detecting a vertically-moving state of the craft body 1; a swing detector 13 detecting a swinging state of the craft body 1; and a controller 11 receiving a signal from the height lever 12, directly commanding the operation set by the height lever 12, and receiving the signal from the vertical movement detector and commanding movement for controlling vertical movement of the craft body 1 to the flaps 6, 7. When the controller 11 receives the signal from the height lever 12 and commands the operation set by the height lever 12 to the flaps 6, 7, the controller 11 receives the signal from the vertical movement detector and temporarily stops the commands to the flaps 6, 7 controlling the vertical movement of the craft body 1.
