PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat for a driver without spoiling a conventional function as it is conventionally difficult to apply this kind of seat for a driver's seat concerning the seat for the vehicle which is mainly a seat for a welfare vehicle, having foldable front and rear wheels and free to use independently as a wheel chair by moving it out of a car room. SOLUTION: This vehicle is constituted by being furnished with a seat device 10, a long sliding device 200 to move the seat device 10 between a driver's seat position and a rear part seat position, a seat height displacing means to displace the seat device 10 to a position lower than a fellow occupant's seat position on the driver's seat position and a lift-up device 50 to move the seat device 10 out of the car room at the rear part seat position. Consequently, it is possible to put in and out the seat device 10 through a door opening part D2 for the rear part seat with which a steering wheel, etc., do not interfere.
