A device for including inserts (300) in plastic elements blow molded in molding machines (100), having a head (101) crossed by an axial hole (102) a nd having molding means (107) and lower blow means (108), includes insert holde r means (1) connected to the lower end of rod means (2) joined at the upper portion to support means (3) fixed to the upper end of the head (101). The r od means (2) are fitted in the axial hole (102) and extend over the head (104) and the insert holder means (1) hold the inserts (300) during the molding in correspondence of related housings carried out in the molding means (107) an d release said inserts (300) in correspondence of the opening of these latter.
