PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a field plate resistor having a route formation region increased above by allowing essentially all regions on the base body of the resistor to be used for forming a route of a metal conductor with the same metal layer as contact to the resistor. SOLUTION: An integrated circuit is formed in a series of processes where a metal conductor route is formed with the same metal layer as a connect to a resister in a field plate resister 50 comprising an increased region for forming the metal conductor route formed in the same layer as the metal layer to form a contact to the resister. Further, with an insulating film in between, a conductor 90 is formed on a polysilicon filed plate.
