PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handover control method in which USTS is employed while utilizing an existing mobile communication system as it is. SOLUTION: The handover control method in a mobile communication system where first and second base stations transmit/receive traffic data of the same signal source simultaneously with one mobile station under control of a control section comprises a step for transferring information concerning to reverse direction synchronous transfer to the first and second base stations, a step for resetting a radio link based on the information concerning to reverse direction synchronous transfer, and a step for adjusting the reverse direction link synchronization timing being controlled with reference to any one base station by the reverse direction link synchronization timing of other base station based on the reset radio link.
