PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain generation of a vibrating sound with simple constitution even if frame materials arranged in the vicinity of a taking in and out opening part are long, and to reduce a member for restraining generation of the vibrating sound. SOLUTION: This shutter box 5 is constituted by forming a frame body 3 by installing a plurality of frame materials 2 between a pair of side plates 1, and installing an outer face plate 4 on at least an upper surface, a front face, and an under surface of the frame body 3. The taking in and out opening part 6 for taking in and out a shutter is formed in the under surface of the shutter box 5, and the frame materials 2 are arranged in the vicinity of a corner part formed of a back face and the upper surface in at least the shutter box 5, the vicinity of a corner part formed of the front face and the upper surface, and the vicinity of the taking in and out opening part 6. The frame materials 2a in the vicinity of the taking in and out opening part 6 and the frame materials 2b arranged in the vicinity of the corner part formed of the front face and the upper surface, are integrally connected by a vibration damping connecting material 7 forming an almost L shape of running along the inside of the outer face plate 4 of the front face and the outer face plate 4 of the under surface in a lengthwise directional almost intermediate part of the respective frame materials 2a and 2b.
