PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate installing an air cleaner, to increase the capacity of the air cleaner by eliminating the need of a space for fastening a bolt, and to absorb vibrations of the air cleaner. SOLUTION: In order to install the air cleaner 30 on an upper intake manifold 20 of an engine 10 which is slantly mounted, a vehicular body side mount bracket 44 is attached to an engine suspending member 36 coupled to a vehicular body frame, and an engine side mount bracket 48 connected to the vehicular body side mount bracket through a mount member 46 is attached to the engine. The air cleaner is arranged above the vehicular body side mount bracket and the engine side mount bracket so as to be partially superimposed on the vehicular body frame, and a bottom portion installing bracket 64 is attached to the engine side mount bracket. A fixing pin 54 formed on the bottom portion of the air cleaner is engaged in a bottom portion installing hole formed on the bottom portion installing bracket through a shock absorbing member 74.
