PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange control valves and structure for the operation of the control valves in the miniaturized, space-reduced and simplified manner in front of a driver's seat for a turning working machine. SOLUTION: Two or more sets of response means A operated by the swing of an operating lever 5, and a plurality of control valves 2 with spools 3 moved by a hydraulic oil pushed out and discharged from the respective response means A. A plurality of control valves 2 are arranged in proximity below two or more sets of response means A in the vertically moving attitude of the spools.
