PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material which can deal with a change in outside temperature by protecting the human body from rapid change in outside temperature and moderating the shock. SOLUTION: This heat relaxation material includes a binder resin membrane which contains microcapsules encapsulated with a substance having the heat relaxation properties. This heat relaxation material is formed on a mold release paper to provide a mold release paper-layered heat relaxation material. In other embodiments, the objective heat relaxation fabric is produced by allowing the heat shock relaxation material to partially adhere to a base fabric, or by sewing the heat shock relaxation material to the base fabric.
