<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal device capable of attaining a movable body terminal device at low transmission cost. SOLUTION: This movable body terminal device includes a setting section which sets security monitoring, a storage section which stores its own monitoring area, a detecting section which detects a current position, and a control section which judges it as abnormal if the device moves out of its monitoring area. The control section includes a transmitting section which transmits an abnormal signal and current position information to the center if it is judged to be abnormal. This device also stores the current position information obtained when the security monitoring is set by the setting section, and sets and stores its own monitoring area based on the current position.</p> |
