<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information system storing care information related to administrations by region and information of each care service provider and treating regional information on care services introduced applications and the like related to care services by region over a network. SOLUTION: In the system, with demanding proper identifying information by an IC card and the like as an authentication key by a care service customer 4 from a database 1 storing information on care services and inquiry information to obtain using information on care services and information on using evaluation, information on care services and/or inquiry information related to care is read out via a network 11 to allow browsing and also with replying and registering answering information to the inquiry information into the database 1 via the network 11 by the customer 4, service levels based on the answering information are automatically checked and evaluated to register check and evaluation results into the database 1, so that the answering information can be provided to each customer.</p> |
