PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of water supply management capable of executing efficiently management operations of a water-purification plant in a water supply business while reducing a load on a water supply enterprise. SOLUTION: In the method performing the management operations of the plant according to subcontract from the enterprise owing the plant, operating instructions relating to at least either of operation control or maintenance control of the plant is decided based on the contract conditions contracted with the enterprise relating to the management of the plant and on process data from the plant, so that information on the operating instructions are provided to operators who perform directly management work of the plant.
