PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To well record voice data without impairing reductions in size and weight of a portable telephone and to enhance a protecting effect of a copyright. SOLUTION: A controller 501 controls a signal processing unit 502, a recording DSP 503, a light emitting unit 505 and a storage medium unit 507 based on control data sent from a portable telephone 201, and outputs a recording state via an external I/F unit 206. The processing unit 502 performs an A/D- conversion of a voice signal input from an analog signal input terminal 506 into a PCM signal under the control of the controller 501, and outputs the PCM signal to the recording DSP 508. The DSP 508 encodes the PCM signal output from the processing unit 502, data compresses the PCM signal to music data of a MP3 system, further encrypts the signal by using intrinsic information of the telephone 201, and stores the encrypted data in a storage medium mounted at the medium unit 507. |
