PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating device to an engine room of a ship for ventilating an optimal air quantity to the engine room, preventing low temperature obstruction such as freezing by supercooling in the engine room, and properly restraining a temperature rise in the engine room. SOLUTION: This ventilating device to the engine room has a plurality of ventilators driven by a motor capable of variable speed control. The ventilators are divided into two parts for supplying combustion air and restraining the temperature rise in the engine room. The ventilator for supplying the combustion air detects a load signal of a combustion apparatus, and controls a rotating speed by an operation state of the apparatus. The ventilator for restraining the temperature rise in the engine room measures a temperature in the engine room, and controls a rotating speed by this temperature state.
